JAWLINE FILLERS in London
Jawline fillers are an effective, non-invasive way to improve the appearance of the face and jaw. The treatment is suitable for both men and women. and can strengthen or soften facial features, or restore a more youthful look.
There are several ways jawline fillers can improve your appearance.
- Add contour and structure to a round face
- Improve the appearance of jowling
- Chisel the jawline for a more defined appearance
Dermal fillers, such as Restylane Lyft or Radiesse, are specifically designed for use on the chin and jawline. The procedure takes around 30 minutes and involves small injections of hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxylapatite along the mandible.
The injection process is relatively simple, with minor discomfort and a short recovery time.
Results are visible immediately with the jawline appearing more defined and contoured, and continue to improve over six to eight weeks. Fillers also help decrease the appearance of loose skin and double chins. While not permanent, jawline fillers can last one to two years with premium fillers.
Temporary side effects may include swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness, itching, and sensitivity at the injection site. Swelling typically subsides within 48 hours, and bruising can be concealed with makeup. Avoid exercise for 24 hours post-treatment and hard chewing for two weeks to allow results to settle.
